Let folks choose to share particular blankets with the public. They can mark a blanket as “shareable” and get a special link to it that can be used to give access.
Should this include a user being able to share a link to their profile, which will have all their shareable blankets show? 
This doesn’t include any sort of wide-spread browsing of public blankets.
